EpiCor Review

Disclaimer: I was given a free EpiCor supplement to try out in return for writing a review.

EpiCor is a an all natural health supplement meant to improve your immune system. Watch the video to get an idea of how it works and then scroll down for my experience with it.

I opened my EpiCor package right away when I got it in the mail. I was pretty excited to try something that could make me healthier.
I quickly opened the bottle and made the mistake of smelling the supplements right after taking the cotton out. Oh boy it smelled bad, ha ha. After I got over the smell I took the pill and was pleased with how easy it was to swollow.
I already had some food in me and took the pill with a full glass of water. I was nervous about how it would make me feel because of experiences with other supplements, but I am glad to report that I didn't get nauseous.

I have been taking EpiCor for about two weeks now. I can't say that I am experiencing a big change but I do feel just slightly more perky when I take them. I don't think a couple weeks is enough time to experience anything too major unless your immune system needs a lot of help. But I am going to continue to take the rest of my 90 day trial. I do believe EpiCor is helpful in my goal to get a more healthy lifestyle.

If you would like to try out this natural immune supplement you can visit EpiCor and look into purchasing it. You can also check out EpiCor on Facebook or Twitter to interact.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day!

I want everyone to stop and thank your mothers for giving you life. To thank the Lord that you live. It is a blessing.

I also want to give everyone who is hurting on this day a big hug. I know plenty of people who are struggling right now with loss, infertility, and even healing from abuse. But I want to encourage you to rest in the arms of the Lord. I understand how hard it can be. But we are never alone.

For you have formed my inward parts: you have covered me in my mother's womb. Psalm 139:13

Cottonelle Care Routine #CottonelleCleanCrew

Thanks to Crowdtap and Cottonelle I got to join the Cottonelle Clean Crew. I got free Cottonelle Clean Care toilet paper and Fresh Care Flushable Wipes tubs. An 18 pack of toilet paper with a tub of wipes for me and 2 packs of 4 with 2 tubs for friends.

This couldn't come at a better time because I had some people in my life who needed toilet paper among other things. This fulfilled a financial need in their life and gave them some extra freshness.

I personally love the products. The toilet paper is soft without losing strength and thickness. The wet wipes are strong and don't irritate my skin.

Using wet wipes really does make you fresher. They clean you so much better than dry toilet paper alone.

So what do you think? Do you use wet wipes? Do you think dry toilet paper gets you clean enough?

Deceitful Hearts

Truth: The heart is deceitful and will lead you into trouble if  you let it.

The Lord knows so much better than we do. Check your heart with God's word. Then make a decision.

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? Jeremiah 17:9

McDonald's Premium McWrap Review #unwrapwhatsfresh

Thanks to Klout.com and McDonald's, I got to try the new Premium McWrap for free. They decided my influence score was high enough to take part in this promotion.

There was no way I was going to say no to a chance to try something new for free. This girl likes to eat. Probably too much ha ha.

I chose the crunchy chicken and ranch Premium McWrap. The first thing I noticed was how large the wrap was. That put a smile on my face.

I was excited to open up the package and eat! I was even more excited that my wrap was loaded with chicken and fresh green goodness. This was seriously packed with tasty leafy greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

I know the produce was probably the vegetable version of Frankenstein dipped in sugar. Yeah, I get it. Not exactly good for you. But it was sure good for my smile. The tasty awesome in my mouth was worth it. I wouldn't suggest eating these every day, but it is a good treat.

My final score for the Premium McWrap = Yum.

McDonald's didn't ask me to write a blog post. I just felt like doing it because I enjoyed myself so much. Have a good day everyone.

Growing Out Very Long Hair

This is just a random post about me growing my hair out.

I have trimmed my hair a few times, but I have been growing it out for over 3 years. I don't think I am done yet but I might freak out and shop it off one day. It's a lot to take care of and work with during every day activities.

What is the longest you have ever grown out your hair?

Prayers For Boston

You probably already know about the Boston Marathon Bombings that left 3 people dead and something like 140 injured. The tragedy is hard to put into words other than saying it is heart breaking.

The world seems to get darker and darker every day. It is the comfort of God's word and His promises that keep me going. Give me the strength to walk out my front door.

I am joining many others in praying for the people of Boston. Praying for healing. Praying for wisdom. Just praying.

We can't understand everything. But we can trust the one who does.

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 2 Corinthians 4:8-9
